Nick focuses his practice on criminal defense, civil rights, and complex civil litigation.
Nick joined the firm in 2016 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable James E. Graves, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Previously, Nick served as the Law Fellow at the AFL-CIO where he represented the interests of working men and women before federal administrative agencies, the United States Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States, and an attorney with a public interest law firm where he represented unions, employee benefit plans, classes of employees, and whistleblowers in state and federal courts.
Nick attended law school at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, serving as a staff editor of The Catholic University Law Review and a Plato Papps Fellow in Labor Law. Nick is also an accomplished classical musician and studied music performance at The Juilliard School and the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music.
