Two of our attorneys, Nancy Hollander and Vincent Ward, have represented individuals in security clearance proceedings, at hearings and appeals, in Department of Defense and Department of Energy proceedings.

We also have extensive experience representing professionals in all types of administrative licensure proceedings and appeals. Our law firm has successfully represented attorneys, doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and others in proceedings related to discipline, suspension, or termination of their professional licenses.

  • Representing a doctor before the medical board, in federal court and before the Drug Enforcement Agency in a Medicare fraud case.
  • Getting security clearances reinstated for Department of Defense and Department of Energy contractors.

RECENT NEWS

Freedman Boyd Hollander Goldberg Urias & Ward P.A. lawyers were successful in obtaining Presidential clemency for their client, Chelsea Manning, which reduced her sentence from 35 years to 7 years and resulted in her release and continue to represent Ms. Manning in the underlying appeal of her conviction in the military courts.
