Bernalillo County Shooting: BSCO Hunt Suspect

The police issued a warrant for arresting a man who was accused of a Bernalillo County shooting involving a deputy. According to BCSO, Ryan Dunn from Las Vegas, Nevada, started following a deputy on May 27 from I-40 and Coors to I-25. They informed that Dunn was driving recklessly and even cut off the deputy. When the deputy exited onto Gibson, Dunn started shooting on the interstate, hitting the deputy’s patrol unit.

The deputy was not hurt in the Bernalillo County shooting. Later, they found the pickup that Dunn was operating, after he had already returned to Las Vegas. The deputies said that evidence including a cell phone linked the man to the shooting. Now he’s facing an aggravated assault on a peace officer.

Aggressive driving and shooting (especially shooting a deputy) is a serious crime and in such a case the injured party should seek a skilled attorney. If you were involved in a crash caused by someone else’s reckless and aggressive driving, you have the right to seek a compensation claim. It’s best to have a skilled car accident attorney by your side.

They will advise you on how to file a lawsuit, send a demand letter, and if necessary, they will represent you in court. In many cases, the settlement is achieved without the help of the court, but if the other party has no insurance, or if your attorney and their insurance company can’t achieve a settlement, the case will be taken to court.

Our team of attorneys at FBD Law know how challenging it is to face an accident. Injuries, medical bills, lost wages, a damaged vehicle, stress, and pain and suffering are a huge burden to deal with.
