Firm client acquitted of all charges after three-day trial

Freedman Boyd Hollander Goldberg Urias & Ward P.A. recently obtained a full acquittal for the firm’s client after a three-day trial in the Second Judicial District Court in Albuquerque, NM.  The individual was charged with two counts of battery on a peace officer after an interaction with Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office deputies at his home.  The jury took approximately two hours to return a not guilty verdict on all charges.  Firm partners Molly Schmidt-Nowara and David H. Urias served as trial counsel.
