Firm submits FOIA requests seeking records related to mass shootings in Germany and New Mexico

With the assistance of attorneys at Freedman Boyd Hollander Goldberg Urias & Ward P.A., Claudia Neher, a German attorney based in Siegsdorf, has requested information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to learn whether the massacres in Munich on July 22, 2016, and in New Mexico on December 7, 2017, could have been avoided. The family members of the victims of the attack in Munich are seeking answers from the FBI and the Federal Bavarian Parliament. Those requests can be reviewed here and here.
