Two Dead, One Wounded in Northeast Albuquerque Shooting

Two women were killed and a man ended in a hospital after a northeast Albuquerque shooting that happened on Wednesday night, January 27. According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the officers were sent to the Jefferson Crossing Apartments around 10 p.m. after they got a call for a shooting.

Once the officers arrived at the scene, they found the tree victims. The police officers pronounced the two women dead at the scene. The man was taken to the University of New Mexico Hospital; he is in stable condition.

The police are searching for a suspect. For now, it’s not clear what led to the northeast Albuquerque shooting.

Shooting and killing another person is the highest criminal someone can do and the penalties won’t be mild.

When someone has a mal intention to hurt another person or take away their life, it is considered a wrongful death.

If you have lost a loved one in a similar crime, you should consult with a wrongful death attorney.

On the other hand, if you were involved in a shooting, where you have injured or killed another person, you should also seek legal help. A criminal defence attorney will review your case and prepare your defence. Without an attorney, you will stand very low chances in court. Such crimes are punished with long years in prison, so a good defence may be your only chance.

No matter how you’re involved in such cases, things aren’t easy, but legal support is the best thing you can do.
