One Dead and One Wounded in Albuquerque Shooting Incident

One man is dead and a woman ended with a non-life-threatening injury after a northeast Albuquerque shooting incident that happened on the morning of February 10. The Albuquerque Police Department reports officers responded to a shooting at 4601 Carlisle around 4 a.m. where they discovered the two victims.

The authorities found a dead male inside the apartment who had gunshot wounds to the head and chest. The woman victim also had a gunshot wound into her arm. According to the police, the woman was taken to the University of New Mexico Hospital; according to the last information, the woman was in a stable condition.

The police are investigating the Albuquerque shooting incident as a homicide. So far there is no further information about an offender and there is no one in custody.
