  • Joseph Goldberg was lead trial counsel for the plaintiffs in In re Urethene Litigation, Civil No. 04-md-1616-JWL (United States District Court, District of Kansas) in which the jury awarded more than $400 million in damages. The jury verdict, trebled to a judgment of over $1 billion, was the largest jury verdict in the United States in 2013 and reported to be the largest price-fixing verdict in the history of the Sherman Antitrust Act.
